Scope included demolishing 41,000 SF of existing upper and lower roofing at the Biological Sciences building and installing a new PVC roofing system. Demoing to deck, performing sheathing repairs, installing PVC roofing system, flashing and sealing. Work also included abatement of ACM at parapet walls, as well as safeoff, relocation, and reinstallation of all existing HVAC equipment with air balancing. The project was completed according to the California Building Code (CBC), all State and Regional Codes, and per CSULA specifications.
