Perform initial demolition of the exterior Laundry area, conduct extensive utility investigation and safe off, relocation of existing Pathology service and building demolition of 4,800 SF existing one story hospital building. Increment 1 prepares the area for the new ED remodel, ED parking, and ambulance drop off.
