Barranca Channel MIP Repair Project
Installation of riprap slope on both sides of the channel. The 16’ wide service road graded to 2% to channel hinge point. The 6’ wide right side access graded to 1% to channel hinge point. Performed channel earthwork.
LG Dorms Rehab Supplemental-Build Out
Re-sealed drop drains and flashings on the roof. Replaced sheathings. Provided and installed windows and doors. Painted all door openings and window trims.
