North Dorm Rooms to Refurb
Scope included refurbishing existing dormitory rooms, restrooms, lavatories, and associated common areas. Work includes abatement/remediation of hazmat, drywall repair/replacement, plumbing fixture installation, HVAC verification, electrical adjustments, finish restoration, and final cleaning to prepare rooms for student occupancy.
Replace Boilers at PM1, PM24, PM25, PM68, PM362, PH1300 & PH1417
Scope included repairing by replacement the heating boiler systems at Point Mugu buildings 1, 24, 25, 68 and 362 and Port Hueneme buildings 1300 and 1417 and repairing any surfaces damage caused during demolition and installation of the new heating boilers and associated valves, tanks, pipe, control systems and power.
