Pier 23 North Apron Replacement
Scope included replacement of (3) concrete piles and adjacent concrete decking at Pier 23 north apron.
Seal Beach Pump Station
Scope included removing the existing ACM pipe and replace with stainless steel pipe, removing broken flap gates with new flap gate, removing corroded fence and installing new stainless steel fence.
IRC Booking Loop Cells ADA Upgrade
Scope included ADA upgrade of the booking cells including new cell door openings, bench dimensions, ADA water closets and lavatories.
Union Market Station – Kiosks
Scope included constructing new vendor kiosk with power, water, drain-waste-vent hookups on the Concourse Level of Union Square/Market Street MUNI Metro Station.
VCMC North Tower MRI
Scope included renovating existing shell space into a new MRI exam room, control room, and support equipment room. Provided new RF shielded protection within room enclosure in which MRI unit sits. Provided new MRI unit and MEP pipes and conduits. Provided new interior finishes within project scope of work area.
SFMTA Chinatown Station Glass Artwork Installation
Scope included furnishing and installing structural framing for new custom glass artwork to be installed in Chinatown Station Plaza level parapet wall. Glass was mounted upon completion of structural framing.
Sloman Building 3F Tenant Improvement
Scope included demolition of entire 2nd floor and partial 3rd floor walls, ceilings and flooring, demolition of the entire stairwell, remodeling of the partial 3rd floor and 1st floor and parking lot ADA improvements and installation of the new code compliant stairwell.
Marbella Country Club Emergency Sink Hole Repair
Installation of shoring box. Installation of corrugated piping. Installation of solider beam. Grading work per engineer’s grading plan. Golf Course landscaping and irrigation. Upgrades to sidewalk, curb and asphalt road.
Civic Center Central Plant – COGEN AQMD
Demolition of existing interior facilities. Installation of AQMD boilers and chillers. Installation of structural pads, mechanical piping, plumbing piping and electrical service.
