Replacement of pavement, driveways, and sidewalks on various locations in West Athens, Los Angeles. Scope included tree trimming, tree pruning, and grading for sub base and hardscape areas.
Culver City Courthouse Roofing
Installation of new low-slope roofing system at the Culver City Courthouse. Scope included the tear-off of the existing low-slope roofing system, patch and repair of the existing plaster, and retrofitting of the existing roofing structure for new skylights.
Alhambra Courthouse Roof Replacement
Installation of new Class-A fire-rated single-ply roofing system at the Alhambra Courthouse. Scope included the removal of the existing coal-tar pitch roofing system, installation of 37,250 SF of new single ply roofing system, and installation of new sheet metal, gutters, down spouts, and walk pads.
