Installation of riprap slope on both sides of the channel. The 16’ wide service road graded to 2% to channel hinge point. The 6’ wide right side access graded to 1% to channel hinge point. Performed channel earthwork.

IRC Fire Monitoring System Repair
Provided new fire alarm control panel nodes to replace existing obsolete panels. The new nodes were tied into the existing master fire alarm control panel. The fire alarm annunciator also replaced,
399 Elmhurst – PWA Roof Replacement
Removal and disposal of all roofing, flashings, and sheet metal on upper roof. Removal of existing solar panels. Removal of existing Antenna. Eliminated existing two openings and used metal sheet plates to cover the openings. Removal of ventilator. Installed new Polyso or XPS insulation ensuring that minimum R Values are met.
Central Women’s Jail – Kitchen Remodel
Selected demolition of interior elements within the kitchen. New flooring, finishes in both dining and kitchen areas, refrigerator, LED lighting, and bumper guards on existing walls.
